There are many free javascript countdown timers that, upon reaching 0, will redirect to a url. Here's one that I used in the past and liked (looks like they may be charging for it, now ... don't know for sure) http://www.countdownpro.com/. You can embed the javascript object into your view and then have it redirect to a end of quiz page that shows things like number of right and wrong answers, etc.
