Is this your server? Is this a web host? If so, which one? Every one
is different. We stringly suggest you do not use cgi but use web2py
via mod_wsgi, mod_python, fastCGI or as a proxy. CGI is slow and only
supposed to be used on systems that leave you no other choice.
