Hello, I have posted a slice on Setting up Paypal with Web2py. You can find it here:

One thing though, this was tested and programmed about 4 months ago, since then, Paypal has changed some of its APIs it seems, and some of the message names may have changed or no longer be available. This should be pretty basic to detect though.
