It seems to me that a wiki will be the most challenging environment for
multi-lingual ever.  The problem?  The content is provided by the USERS, and
they probably won't generate content in all the languages you want to
support!  Encouraging multi-lingual use in a wiki is probably counter
productive, since only a subset of visitors can read and understand the
content -- in their own language.

Maybe the need for a multi-lingual wiki needs to be re-thought?  (Of course,
take this with a grain of salt because it comes from an American, i.e. a
mono-linguist.) ;-)
