I've got a problem in the latest release of web2py, and I'm not quite
sure what to check next. It happens with any app using sqllite (mysql
works fine). I assume I'm missing some python dependency, but I've no
idea what. Here is a trace from the bundled examples app:

This is running under apache+mod_wsgi. If somebody can point me in the
right direction I'd appreciate it.
