Please be double careful when approving messages/blocking spam. We get
a lot of spam these days and when that reaches the users, firewalls
may block the list to some users.

I apologize for the occasional unintentional spam messages. We get a
lot of it and we try our best to block it. We have also had instances
of spam received from spoofed addresses of legitimate users and one of
the users was forced to re-register with a different email address.
The situation is bad but under control, nevertheless a few unwanted
messages occasionally slip though.
