Ok then - your mind is made up.  I see problems with it, but since you want
to continue following your current path, I will observe how it endures over
time and scaling (my experience leads to my expectations).

I thought we saw a lot of this - only one controller;  not mixing plugin
code with app code (not exposing it in that way);  I am sure there were
other things - those were the big ones I recall.
"Needing" (??? - actually, just your insistence; not sure at all where its
motivation originated)  to package plugins with each app (!).
