I just changed that page to remove the reference to WSGIPythonHome.
When I wrote that page I could not get web2py to work properly with
mod_wsgi without setting WSGIPythonHome.  I can't remember the exact
symptoms.  I think the Apache error log was showing seg-faults.
Anyway, it works without it now, perhaps because I recently rebuilt
mod_wsgi to use a dynamic python library.
