Hi, I'm new to web2py and GAE with python too. Have explored this framework available documentation, but haven't found enough explanation (for me at least). I've explored the forum too, but I belong the category of coders, who learn better by studying example code.
I wander if someone of you would be able to share the code of simple GAE web2py app, possibly a bit more sophisticated that the "hello world" example one. Ideally including a few models and relative associations I can then prepare some basic and commented UML diagrams (class and sequence ones), which usually I do anyway to better understand the app inner working. Then I can post my diagrams here and in turn help other beginners like me.
