you must run web2py with --upgrade=yes this will upgrade admin/welcome/ examples
or manually cd applications/admin tar zxvf ../../admin.w2p A lot of people seem to complain about this process. It is there because I always thought people were going to modify admin. This never happened. Should we make admin upgrade by default?
