Hi Massimo, I am not actually using "<application_name>" -- I am using the name "hydroserver" (without the quotes). Sorry for the confusion.
The web2py version I am running is: web2py Version 1.72.3 (2009-11-10 09:17:13) My web server box is running Windows Server 2008. When attempting to install the hydroserver web2py application, I am the admin on that machine.
