Sounds fun, but I wonder, how big is the team and so forth? It may be helpful for interested people to look into it. Are you willing to hire those coming out of school? (I have a few if so...) It could also be nice to have a few other details. For example, I can program very well, but I don't like having to design for IE 6. I am a better programmer than a designer.
