No, I haven't missed that.   I think this is a separate issue:  where
was the book updated.  A feature could cause additions to more than
one place in the online book;  the book could go through revisions /
updates / additional examples separate from Denes's posts...

Although these are somewhat loosely related, I think they are separate
topics.
