Because <script>s are not executed in ajax loaded content. It is a
browser thing. It is not in the specs. You can do
<div class="one" id="a" onclick="jQuery('.two').slideToggle()">Hello</
div>
<div class="two" id="b">World</div>
this will work because the code is executed onclick and not on ajax
load.
