FYI - the firefox plugin is "It's All Text" ---- in conjunction, it
would be nice to be able to set the default way the web-developer
editor comes up:  for the Firefox plugin, the  "plain" mode is more
convenient.

Can we make that a "sticky" setting, per application?
That would be great.
