You cannot do what you ask but you can do something close

{{message_block1='hello from block 1'}}
{{include 'block1.html'}}

where block1.html contains {{=message_block1}}
Hope this makes sense.

Hopefully we will have support for blocks soon and this mechanism will
become more user friendly.
