In your chapter on deployment, you should be highlighting that mod_python has officially been abandoned by the Apache Software Foundation, who has moved it into what they call the Attic. http://attic.apache.org/projects/quetzalcoatl.html This means mod_python is now no longer being developed and unless some one steps up and forks it (which would likely mean a name change), it is effectively dead. As such, you really should perhaps be putting a big warning in there discouraging people from using mod_python due to fact that there will be no one out there to help them if they have problems.
