The first of them is aimed to professionals and gives a certificate. The description of the latter does not mention web2py but that is because we I did not go through the process of revising the description and the course predates web2py. Yet as you can see from the syllabus, the textbook is web2py's book: http://mycti.cti.depaul.edu/courses/syllabus_mycti.asp?course=CSC-438-701&q=1&y=2009&id=343 I have no control over the course fees since these are DePaul courses.
