says "You can choose ONE distribution option per book." 1. globalREAD does Amazon but not Apple 2. iBookstore does Apple but not Amazon Both "require an ISBN" and even if I purchase my own ISBN I would NOT be able to "use this ISBN with any other distributor". Both Amazon and Apple require an ISBN to list a book. To me this means the same book cannot be available to both Amazon and iBookstore if published on Lulu.com. I cannot find a way around this.
