I use web2py on window 7 version and test with python 2.5 and 2.7 but also fail to install the rlcs, lcs or mini_app (at step 7 on the right column, at the Upload & install packed application section). I also unzip and get the w2p file and try to install too. Last time, I also fail to install instantpress. But can use it by copying all files and directories to application folder.
