[web2py] icon in menu

hi,

I have code,
        response.menu_index = [
           
[TAG[''](IMG(_src=URL(request.application,'static','home.png'),'title'), False,
URL(request.application,'default','facepda'),
             [
                [T('login'), False,
URL(request.application,'default','user/login')],
                [T('retrieve password'), False,
URL(request.application,'default','user/retrieve_password')]]

           ]

and get this error,
