No. The call is:
handled = self._handleError(*exc)
The bad line is:
tb = traceback.format_exception(*exc)
it should probably be this:
tb = traceback.format_exception((typ, val, tb))
If you're in a position to test it, you could try that until Tim has a chance
to verify it.
