I tried adding a few I know about (tenthrow.com, radbox.me, Sahana Eden demo). The detail pages said the sites were added, but so far, they're not showing up in the list (maybe there's a delay).
There are also a lot of sites in the list that don't exist anymore. When I got to their detail pages, I clicked the "Site Gone" flag. So far, none of those sites are gone, so perhaps multiple people have to flag before they're removed. If that doesn't work, another option might be to edit the entry and remove web2py from the list of components.
