I am creating a massive social networking application involving music

I need to get available resources as I am talking to an investor this
next week about our budgeting.
I need someone that can build in web2py a strong social network with
experience in HTML, and Javascript. We will also be making an API to
connect between an application on a PC to the server and use a service
like 7Digital to grab music files from and retrieve them back to a video
game.
We need someone with proper SQL experience as well, as we want to build
the right kinds of tables too support an expandable network of
features. If you think you can handle something like this, please
respond as soon as possible with your resume and we can have an interview.
