Interesting thread. I noticed the "can't save" problem yesterday myself on 1.86.2 which I downloaded on Tuesday (I guess there was a new version out since then) but figured it was "just one of those quirky things" that I had to live with. Web2Py is so cool and easy to build with (compared to Rails) that I was willing to put up with the issue. BTW, the workaround I came up with rather than exiting from the file editor and going back in (which was a big hassle) was just to push the Restore from Saved button at the bottom of the editing window. Since the version that I want to edit was already saved anyway, this "just worked".
Hope it gets fixed :-) It will make a great tool even easier to use :-) On Oct 7, 3:06 pm, slestak <[email protected]> wrote: > Does this have an implication for the Hg integration, if it ends up > detecting EOL changes as the only mod?
