This is very interesting. I tried all the web servers I have installed cherrypy, twisted, eventlet, rocket.
The logs say the request service speed is all about the same but twisted seemed slower from an unscientific response time feel of the app. I load map images using IMG tags in the part of the application I was testing for which timing is not listed in the log. The cherrypy server refuses to quit on a control-C, but I am using the Ubuntu standard 10.04 Synaptic package manager load so it might be behind in version. Ron
