Massimo, hope you are enjoying your Xmas. I know I'm gushing, but I wanted you to know how uber-cool I think the components approach is. This is exactly what I was looking for. The web2py team has a habit of being 1 step ahead of me, which is wonderful!
I like the "loading ..." message that appears automatically when updating other links. Saves me a ton of work! I wonder if the user might be allowed to optionally specify a loading animated gif or some such, instead. Looks like this is easily added to the gluon code. Anyway, thanks so much for components.
