Have you tried this:
http://web2pyslices.com/main/slices/take_slice/98

I think the only way is to use a script or slice and trying it line for line. When you encounter an error try to find out what the problem is. When you get an error it is much easier for us to help you. I have set up we2py on three CentOS servers so it is possible. Please write down what you do so you can write a new slice for hosting on www.wiredtree.com

I could give the installation a try if needed.

I emailed my hosting company www.wiredtree.com and they told me that
script will not work

Either run it or try typing in each command.

Does you host have instructions for running Python or Django apps?
