Does your host simply not have documentation? Do you see anywhere in your Cpanel any information about setting up a Python app? Does your Cpanel show how to install an Apache or EasyApache Custom Module? The "modwsgi" may be the one you want: http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/EasyApache3/CustomMods#Custom modules If you're not married to your hosting provider, you might consider a different provider. A lot of shared hosting providers are just not set up very well to run Python apps.
