Just drag your app folder (ie "welcome", "init", etc) into the MacHG sidebar and it should set it all up for you.
You can delete those two web2py bookmarks (it will prompt you that you only want to delete the bookmarks, not the whole directories). Or, if you really want to manage Web2py from MacHG, you can do that as well (if you are running web2py from source, not the Windows or Mac download).
