[web2py] Best method for creating sortable lists that are css theme-able, ajax updateable, and pagination??

Ive done some searching around and I think jquery data binding
http://plugins.jquery.com/project/databind or possible datatables.net
and tablesorter 2.0 may be able to do the job, but Im not sure if
there is an easier way of doing it. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. I am trying to create real estate listings similar to
zillow.com. Im going to be using a postgresql db, but am using sqlite
for the time being.
