Hi,

I would like to know how can I provide a layout and/or view for the
ticket appearing? Sometimes I made mistakes and errors, but that
nearly empty page

is non informative to my users. They feel they made a mistake.
Can I customize it? I tried to find it in the book but without
success. Maybe I tried to search for it at the wrong place.
