If you're on the "site" page that lists all the applications, clicking an application name takes you to the /default/index page for the app. If you're on the "edit" page for a given app, clicking on the app name at the top (next to the words "EDIT APPLICATION") takes you to the /default/index page. Also, next to each controller file link it lists all the functions within the controller, and clicking on any of those takes you to the associated URL. Are you looking for something else?
