[web2py] Where is LOAD?

I am looking for the LOAD helper?
I checked gluon/http.py and all other files; but I cant seem to locate it.

I wanted to see how to modify the text that says "Loading..."
I wanted to include one of those mac like scrollers gifs.

Any ideas?
