I thought this change meant that regardless of the number of variables passed, it shows the toolbar anyways if is_local. My application that was created before back in 1.94.1 does not check for is_local, because I see the toolbar on a remote machine, when all I pass is form=form. This change is the one that made the toolbar appear for me when only one item is returned in the controller.
