So, DAL(..., migrate=False) should have the same effect as DAL(..., migrate_enabled=False) as long as none of your db.define_table() calls explicilty sets their 'migrate' argument. Do you have an explicit migrate=True in at least one of your db.define_table() calls? Anthony
