In the meantime, though, perhaps we can help if you have specific questions. Again, are you trying to learn how to design a layout with HTML/CSS (if so, that's not really covered by web2py, and you can find plenty of online resources for guidance), or do you just need helping figuring out the web2py template syntax and how to do {{include}} and {{extend}}, etc.?
