This is a database "problem" not web2py. Depending on what database 
engine your are using there is different solutions. Google is your 
friend on this.

hello, i deleted all record from a table

the id stil mantains the last id when i create the first record again.

it is not important but if i coud reset the id, it would stop me from 
going crazy
