Anthony is right is showing a complete solution, but what do you want to
achieve?, perhaps you are looking to customize the style and a less
complicate solution can be for example
To customize this:
<div id="tag_tags" class="list" name="tags">
some in css:
div.list {}
div.list input {}
or
#tag_tags {}
And this:
<table id="tag_tags" class="list" name="tags">
table.list {}
table.list input {}
or
#tag_tags {}
