They have pro plans. Starting in $1 to $9 month. But. If I understand well, the goal there is not website/webapp hosting. The main purpose there is webservices histing.
You can write bots, schedullers, or post tasks throught some API. As a webservice this consumes less requests but has more processing so they charge by processing time. I can see my systems running on my Linode VPS consuming services created in fluxflex.
