sherdim, I checked all including your suggesion but it just didn't work. I keep getting HTTP Error 500. Windows event says "Failed to import callback module 'ochibaapp'"
Have you successfully working on IIS 7.5 ? If not, I need to say there are maybe some compatible issue with isapi-wsgi module in web2py.
