[web2py] Apache + mod_wsgi: Allow http access for application

I follow the official book 
Apache-and-mod_wsgi<http://www.web2py.com/book/default/chapter/11#Apache-and-mod_wsgi>
 and 
successfully connected to Welcome app with https but I want to use http 
because my website is internal use and doesn't need https.
