This is a very cool feature! However, I don't think regular users will know
how to use this. For one, you have to know the field names. You have to know
that "First Name" is actually "first_name" and that "E-mail" is actually
"email". Is there a way to make these queries easier for users? Maybe a help
button or something that gives field names and explains the other operators
(contains, is, etc). Or even doing per-field filtering like explained
here: http://code.google.com/p/web2py/issues/detail?id=424
