The answer is: 3031! That's it folks! Ah! for those interested as to why, it is simply because request.env.server_port returns 3031! See line 23 of admin/models/access.py. I would love a more in-depth explanation as to why that should be so, but meanwhile renaming the file to ..._3031 does the trick!
