Further information:

I get the no ticket number when running the app through https logged in as
normal user:

Internal errorTicket issued:
unknown<https://zenex.webfactional.com/admin/default/ticket/unknown>

While I am also logged in as admin in another tab.

How do I solve this?  I need to help the customer.
