One thing to pay particularly close attention to is the "Prohibited Businesses" section in the terms of use contract. I have had several issues with software I maintain for businesses that typically are restricted from most payment processing companies. Most notably, I handle development for a company that sells wine online. There are very few payment processing companies that allow for the processing of "age restricted" materials, which wine and spirits fall under. I am working on a Dow Commerce API that I will share once complete. My customer chose Dow because they're one of the few that allow for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
