You can make a myxml.html view that contains:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<document>
<itemtitle hello='world'>{{=itemtitle}}</itemtitle>
<itemvalue>{{=itemvalue}}</itemvalue>
</document>
