[web2py] GAE & Python 2.7

1. Does anyone have a Python 2.7 web2py app running on GAE?

2. Ditto, with WSGI rather than CGI?

I'm thinking that we need a new handler that's a blend of gaehandler.py and 
wsgihandler.py.
