[web2py] SQLFORM.grid ignore_rw option

Hello!

When I pass the 'ignore_rw=True' to SQLFORM.grid(), not all the fields are 
displayed in the grid. The fields that are set to 'readable=False' are not 
displayed in the grid.

Is this the correct behavior? If so, how can I modify it?
