Please check Apaches logs why starting Apache has failed.

Dear Guys,
i am trying to deploy web2py using apache and mod_wsgi , i loaded
mod_wsgi.so and i added this :

and adding the listing 443 under the listing 8080
and i dont want to use SSLEngine
i even try to run the apache Test configuration and i didnt get any
error but when i try to start apache it keeps giving me an error : the
requested operation has field ...
what to do guys !!
